All digitally signed photos will be sent out after all digital fansign video call events have finished.

You will be contacted by FM Entertainment via Kakao Talk 24 hours before your selected video call time slot and asked to provide the name you would like to be called and have your picture signed to. Please note if you order multiple digital fansigns, they will all be signed to the same name.

Digital Fansign video calls that include the signed digital photo will be signed to your name. (one photo per digital fansign item ordered) All digitally signed photos will be sent via Kakao Talk after all video call events have been finished. You will be contacted by FM Entertainment via Kakao Talk 24 hours before your selected video call time slot. You will be given a more precise (eg. 2:00 - 2:30 PM KST) time slot then. You will also be asked to provide the name you would like to be called and have your picture signed to. In case you have not received a message 24 hours before your fansign call, please make sure you have given a correct Kakao Talk ID, and check your emails if you have been contacted by FM Entertainment. Please refrain from calling us on Kakao Talk directly and instead wait for us to call you during your time slot. There will be a bell / alarm to let you know that your video call time is over, and your call will be disconnected automatically 10 seconds after the timer! If you cannot make it for your time slot, please contact us at least 2 hours before your time slot via website chatting function or kakaotalk message. Video call time slots may be subject to change. In case of time changes you will be notified through Kakao Talk. Please refrain from making additional sign requests to the artist during your video call (ex. Please also draw me something,...) Please note that we will not be responsible for the call disconnecting due to personal circumstances (your phone battery dies, etc) and that we may not be able to call you back again. Please note that we will not be responsible in case you miss your call during your designated time slot. If you do not pick up after we tried calling you two times, we will try to call you one more time at the end of this call event time slot. If we still cannot reach you at that time please note that we may not be able to call you again. During your call please do not make unreasonable requests to the artist, as personal questions, subject them to any obscene or inappropriate behavior or accusations. In case this rule is not respected your call may be disconnected immediately and you may be excluded from any future video call events. We ask for all fans’ cooperation to facilitate a smooth video call event and to make the call a nice experience for the artist as well! Thank you!

디지털 사진이 구성품에 포함되어 있을 경우, 이벤트 기간이 끝난 후 카카오톡으로 보내드립니다.. 디지털 사진: 사진에 [to. 이름] + 멘트 디지털 사인 받을 수 있습니다. 선택한 영상 통화 시간으로부터 24시간 전, 카카오톡 메시지를 통해 이벤트 안내할 예정입니다. 안내 사항에 정확한 시간대(예: KST 오후 2:00 - 오후 2:30)가 제공됩니다. 또한 사인 받고 싶은 이름이나 닉네임을 요청해 주시기를 바랍니다. 팬사인회 24시간 전까지 메시지를 받지 못한 경우, 카카오톡 아이디를 다시 확인해 주세요. 혹은, 에프엠 엔터테인먼트에서 발송한 이메일이나 카카오톡이 발송되었는지 확인해 주시기를 바랍니다. 카카오톡으로 귀사에 연락하지 마세요. 해당 이벤트 시간에 전화를 드릴 때까지 기다려 주시기를 바랍니다. 이벤트 진행 시간 경과로 타이머가 울리면 영상 통화는 자동으로 종료됩니다. 본 시간대에 통화 연결이 어려운 경우 최소 2시간 전에 웹사이트 채팅 또는 카톡으로 연락주시기를 바랍니다. 영상 통화 이벤트는 일부 변경 될 수 있습니다. 변경할 시, 미리 카카오톡 메시지를 보내드리겠습니다. 영상 통화 진행 시 사인 외 부탁 밎 요구는 불가합니다. (그림 그려주세요 등) 본 통화 진행 시 휴대폰 배터리 방전으로 인한 통화 종료, 개인 사정으로 인한 통화 종료 시 이유 불문, 재 연결이 어려우니 이 점 유의해 주시기 바랍니다. 통화 연결이 2번 이상 되지 않을 경우, 영상 통화 이벤트 회차 마지막에 한 번 더 전화를 드릴 예정입니다. 마지막까지 통화 연결이 불가한 경우, 영상 통화 이벤트 진행이 불가합니다. 본 영상 통화 진행 시 아티스트에게 무리한 부탁, 사적인 질문을 포함하여 욕설, 비난, 부적절한 행동을 할 경우 통화 연결은 강제 종료됩니다. 아티스트에게 무리한 요구를 하는 등 원활한 진행을 방해하는 행동은 자제 부탁드리며, 부적절한 행동을 보이는 경우 통화 연결 종료와 더불어 이후 불이익이 적용될 수 있습니다. 원활한 진행을 위해 진행 주의사항을 필히 숙지하여 협조 부탁드리며, 안내 드린 내용 외에도 이벤트 진행에 지나치게 방해가 된다고 판단되는 경우 스태프의 제재가 있을 수 있습니다. 영상 통화 이벤트 원활한 진행을 위해 팬 여러분의 협조 부탁드립니다! 감사합니다!
