Event Information

• This event cannot be lent or transferred to others, and cannot be received by a proxy. If caught, you may be excluded from all future events.

• Moving to a seat other than your assigned seat is strictly prohibited for this event.

Photography and video recording are permitted during this event; however, you may be stopped by on-site staff if you interfere with the event or viewing.

• Participation is permitted only from designated seats. Setting up cameras (including tripods) or personal belongings outside of your assigned seat is prohibited. Failure to comply with staff instructions may result in sanctions or expulsion.

• Broadcasting, including live streaming, is prohibited. Please be aware that you may be forcibly removed if caught. (Re-entry and ticket refunds are not available if you are ejected due to this.)

• Wearing electronic devices, including cameras, mobile phones, smartwatches, and wireless earphones, is prohibited while waiting in line for autographs. You may participate only after leaving your devices at your seat or entrusting them to a staff member stationed in the queue. Immediate data deletion and forced removal will be enforced upon detection of recording or filming.

• Please write the name or nickname you would like signed on the index while waiting. If you use an inappropriate name, you may be asked to modify it following the staff's instructions.

• Post-it note inspections will be conducted while you wait for autographs. You may ask a maximum of one question per member on a Post-it note, and only multiple-choice or short-answer questions are allowed. If inappropriate content or multiple Post-it notes are found, we may request corrections or the notes be retrieved, so we ask for your cooperation.

• Please move in an orderly manner to prevent confusion and accidents.

Letters may be delivered in person, but please have a staff member deliver gifts before the event begins.

Gifts of fresh flowers and food are prohibited due to the risk of spoilage.

• Please hand over any fan signing event props to the ticket booth before the event begins. The props you bring will be used during the photo time.

• Please note that props such as bubbles, confetti, fireworks, electronic devices like toy cameras, and items that may damage the costume, such as name tags and badges, are not allowed.

All fan signing event props will be returned after the event ends. We are not responsible for any loss of props not claimed at the designated time.

• Requesting or forcing unnecessary physical contact with the artist will result in expulsion.

• Staff may take action against any inappropriate behavior, such as making unreasonable demands on the artist or using profanity or derogatory language.

• Please refrain from making excessive comments or calling out loudly to attract the artist's attention during the performance.

• Requesting the artist to exchange personal contact information or requesting private meetings may result in restrictions on future event participation.

• Wearing revealing clothing and drinking alcohol before and during the event are prohibited. Violations will result in restricted entry or expulsion.

• The use of flash, AF assist light, and strobe is strictly prohibited.

• If disruptive behavior during the fan signing event persists, penalties such as expulsion and restrictions on future event participation may be applied.

• Locker services are not available. Please take care of your personal valuables. (The event organizers are not responsible for any loss or theft caused by personal negligence.)

• Please follow the instructions of the on-site staff to ensure the smooth running of the autograph session. Failure to comply may result in forced removal.

• Please ensure you familiarize yourself with the above precautions in advance. The organizers bear no responsibility whatsoever for any confusion or accidents caused by failure to understand the instructions or by non-compliance with staff instructions.

 

• Participation in this event is limited to the applicant only. If the transfer of rights to a third party or illegal trading is detected, the ticket may be reclaimed without a refund.

• Accounts that trade tickets through illegal means will be deleted and cannot be re-registered. Upon account deletion, the corresponding tickets will also be forfeited.

Items purchased for this event entry are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.

• This notice is subject to change or cancellation without prior notice depending on the circumstances of the organizer or artist.

• The event is subject to cancellation, postponement, or change depending on circumstances, and the composition of special benefits is also subject to change. Refunds or exchanges are not available due to this.

• Some members may be unable to attend due to unavoidable circumstances, and notice of absence may be announced immediately before the event. In this case, refunds or exchanges are not available.

Important Notes for Participating in the Video Call Event

• The autograph will be signed digitally sent out after the event ends through Kakao or Email.

• You can only participate in the video call via the KakaoTalk application.

• This event will proceed sequentially according to the video call order, and you will participate through the video call received when it is your turn.

• If the call content is deemed inappropriate, the event may be forcibly terminated during the session.

• Only the participant themselves (1 person) can participate in this event, and if 2 or more people appear on the screen, the call will be forcibly terminated.

• If the call fails to connect or is interrupted due to the participant's own network connection or device settings, it will be difficult to resume. Please check your network environment and screen and audio settings in advance.

• Signatures are based on the name and nickname provided at the time of order, and are limited to Korean and English.

• Requests for modifiers, pictures, symbols, etc. are not allowed.

• Please familiarize yourself with the precautions to ensure the smooth running of the event. In addition to the information provided, staff may intervene if any behavior is deemed to be disruptive to the proceedings.

• Please understand that some members may be absent due to unavoidable circumstances or scheduling conflicts, and that notices regarding absences may be announced immediately before the event.
