Global Orders

There is no separate waiting area, so please enter according to the ticket booth operating hours.

This event operates on a lottery system for all seats. The seat draw will take place immediately upon ticket collection at the ticket booth. Please follow the instructions of the on-site staff, as arbitrarily changing your assigned seat after entry may result in expulsion.

Live streaming is strictly prohibited for this event. Please be aware that you may be forcibly removed if caught violating this rule. (Re-entry and ticket refunds are not available if you are removed due to this.)

Staff sanctions may be imposed for inappropriate behavior, such as making unreasonable demands on the artist or using profanity or derogatory language.

Direct delivery of letters and gifts is not permitted for this event. Please have a staff member deliver them before the event begins.

The use of flash, AF assist light, and strobe is strictly prohibited.

Please follow the instructions of the on-site staff to ensure smooth proceedings. Failure to comply may result in forced removal.

Please ensure you familiarize yourself with the above precautions in advance. The organizers bear no responsibility whatsoever for any confusion or accidents caused by failure to understand the instructions or by non-compliance with staff instructions.
