Event Information
• This event cannot be lent or transferred to others, and cannot be received by a proxy. If caught, you may be excluded from all future events.
• Moving to a seat other than your assigned seat is strictly prohibited for this event.
Photography and video recording are permitted during this event; however, you may be stopped by on-site staff if you interfere with the event or viewing.
• Participation is permitted only from designated seats. Setting up cameras (including tripods) or personal belongings outside of your assigned seat is prohibited. Failure to comply with staff instructions may result in sanctions or expulsion.
• Broadcasting, including live streaming, is prohibited. Please be aware that you may be forcibly removed if caught. (Re-entry and ticket refunds are not available if you are ejected due to this.)
• Wearing electronic devices, including cameras, mobile phones, smartwatches, and wireless earphones, is prohibited while waiting in line for autographs. You may participate only after leaving your devices at your seat or entrusting them to a staff member stationed in the queue. Immediate data deletion and forced removal will be enforced upon detection of recording or filming.
• Please write the name or nickname you would like signed on the index while waiting. If you use an inappropriate name, you may be asked to modify it following the staff's instructions.
• Post-it note inspections will be conducted while you wait for autographs. You may ask a maximum of one question per member on a Post-it note, and only multiple-choice or short-answer questions are allowed. If inappropriate content or multiple Post-it notes are found, we may request corrections or the notes be retrieved, so we ask for your cooperation.
• Please move in an orderly manner to prevent confusion and accidents.
Letters may be delivered in person, but please have a staff member deliver gifts before the event begins.
Gifts of fresh flowers and food are prohibited due to the risk of spoilage.
• Please hand over any fan signing event props to the ticket booth before the event begins. The props you bring will be used during the photo time.
• Please note that props such as bubbles, confetti, fireworks, electronic devices like toy cameras, and items that may damage the costume, such as name tags and badges, are not allowed.
All fan signing event props will be returned after the event ends. We are not responsible for any loss of props not claimed at the designated time.
• Requesting or forcing unnecessary physical contact with the artist will result in expulsion.
• Staff may take action against any inappropriate behavior, such as making unreasonable demands on the artist or using profanity or derogatory language.
• Please refrain from making excessive comments or calling out loudly to attract the artist's attention during the performance.
• Requesting the artist to exchange personal contact information or requesting private meetings may result in restrictions on future event participation.
• Wearing revealing clothing and drinking alcohol before and during the event are prohibited. Violations will result in restricted entry or expulsion.
• The use of flash, AF assist light, and strobe is strictly prohibited.
• If disruptive behavior during the fan signing event persists, penalties such as expulsion and restrictions on future event participation may be applied.
• Locker services are not available. Please take care of your personal valuables. (The event organizers are not responsible for any loss or theft caused by personal negligence.)
• Please follow the instructions of the on-site staff to ensure the smooth running of the autograph session. Failure to comply may result in forced removal.
• Please ensure you familiarize yourself with the above precautions in advance. The organizers bear no responsibility whatsoever for any confusion or accidents caused by failure to understand the instructions or by non-compliance with staff instructions.

Important Notes for Event Participation
• This event is a 1:1 event where only 3 winners per member can participate.
The nail tips used for the event are pre-made with a basic design reflecting the artist's ideas, and are completed as one-of-a-kind tips through additional decorations on the day of the event.
The completed nail tips will be presented to the winners after the event ends.
Winners will be notified individually via email in advance, and nail size will be verified for nail tip production. Please be sure to check your notification email.
You must measure the nail tip size yourself according to the provided method and submit it. The organizers are not responsible for any disadvantages resulting from failure to submit the size or delayed submission.
Identity verification will begin 30 minutes before the event starts, and entry may be restricted after 10 minutes have passed since the event began.
Winners must bring a physical ID that matches the information provided at the time of application.
Participation in this event is limited to the winner only and cannot be transferred to another person or participated by proxy.
To ensure a smooth process, personal nail materials and equipment cannot be used.
Actions that disrupt the event or cause inconvenience to other participants may be restricted. Please cooperate with the on-site staff.
Excessive or unreasonable demands on the artist are prohibited.
Delivery of all gifts and small items, excluding letters, is not possible.

• Only the participant themselves (1 person) can participate in this event, and if 2 or more people appear on the screen, the call will be forcibly terminated.

• Signatures are based on the name and nickname provided at the time of order, and are limited to Korean and English.

Winner Announcement
• The process will be conducted by lottery. On-site sales will not be available.
• We will contact the winners individually.
• This event is open to participants aged 8 and older. Participants under the viewing age are welcome regardless of whether they possess a ticket or are accompanied by a guardian.
• Please be careful when booking tickets, as entry is not permitted for preschool children. (Preschool children are not allowed entry)
• On the day of the event, the ticket booth will be open starting 30 mins before the event, and the seat lottery will be conducted at the booth.
• When drawing seats, the spectator must present their own legal physical identification (Resident Registration Card, Driver's License, Passport, Youth Card, etc.).
You must verify your physical ID (including a photo) and winning history; if not verified, you will not be eligible for the seat draw.
• This event prize may not be duplicated, lent to others, or transferred, and cannot be received by a proxy. (Only the principal is permitted.) If caught violating these rules, you may be excluded from all future events.
