결제 안내 (PAYMENT)
국내 주문 (Korean Orders)
- 국내 주문은 온라인 사전 예약 후 현장에서 결제 및 상품을 수령하는 방식으로 진행됩니다.
- 주문 시 결제 방법에서 **‘현장 결제(Offline Payment)’**를 선택해 주세요.
- 온라인 주문 완료 후 상품은 현장 수령 시까지 예약 상태로 유지되며, 현장에서 결제를 완료한 경우에만 상품 수령이 가능합니다.
- 현장 수령 시 결제가 이루어지지 않을 경우, 해당 주문은 자동으로 취소됩니다.
해외 주문 (Global Orders)
- 해외 주문은 **PayPal(페이팔)**을 통한 온라인 결제로 진행됩니다.
- 모든 해외 주문은 미국 달러(USD) 기준으로 결제됩니다.
- 환율 및 결제 수수료에 따라 국내 주문과 실제 결제 금액에 다소 차이가 발생할 수 있습니다.
PAYMENT
Korean Payment Method
- Korean orders are processed through online reservations with on-site payment and pickup.
- Please select “Offline Payment” as your payment method during checkout.
- Your items will be reserved until the scheduled pickup. Payment must be completed on-site before you can collect your order.
- Orders that are not paid for at the time of pickup will be automatically canceled.
Global Orders
- All international orders must be paid online via PayPal.
- Payments for international orders are processed in USD (US Dollars).
- Please note that exchange rates and payment processing fees may result in slight price differences compared to domestic orders.

- 본 이벤트 상품은 구매 후 교환 및 환불이 불가하오니 신중하게 구매해 주시기 바랍니다.
- 사인은 아크릴 마커로 진행되므로 세탁 시 각별한 주의가 필요합니다. 세탁으로 인해 발생한 사인 훼손 및 상품 손상은 교환 및 환불 사유에 해당하지 않습니다.
이벤트 유의사항
- 주최사 및 아티스트 측 사정에 따라 이벤트 일정 및 내용이 변경, 연기 또는 취소될 수 있으며, 특전 구성 또한 변경될 수 있습니다. 이러한 변경에 따른 교환 및 환불은 불가합니다.
구매 및 참여 유의사항
다음과 같은 사유로 발생하는 문제에 대해서는 구매자 본인에게 책임이 있으며, 주최사 및 판매처는 책임지지 않습니다.

Exchange & Refund Policy
- All items purchased for this event are non-exchangeable and non-refundable. Please review all details carefully before placing your order.
- Signatures will be made using acrylic markers. Please handle and wash signed items with extra care. Any fading, smudging, or damage caused by washing is not eligible for an exchange or refund.
Event Information
- The event may be modified, postponed, or canceled, and the contents of special benefits may also change. Such changes do not qualify for exchanges or refunds.
Purchase & Participation Guidelines
Customers are responsible for any issues arising from the following circumstances, and the organizer and seller will not be held liable:
- Failure to receive an order due to incorrect or incomplete information provided during checkout.

1. 사인 및 특전 안내
- 영상통화 이벤트 참여자는 티셔츠 실물 사인 또는 디지털 사인 중 한 가지를 선택할 수 있습니다.
- 티셔츠 실물 사인과 디지털 사인은 중복 제공되지 않으며, 두 가지 중 한 가지만 선택 가능합니다.
- 티셔츠 실물 사인에는 TO. 문구가 포함되지 않으며, 디지털 사인에만 TO. 문구가 포함됩니다.
- 디지털 사인의 TO. 문구는 주문 시 기재한 이름 또는 닉네임을 기준으로 작성되며, 한글, 영문, 한자만 사용 가능합니다.
2. 영상통화 진행 안내
- 영상통화는 **카카오톡(KakaoTalk)**을 통해 진행됩니다.
- 영상통화는 사전에 정해진 순서에 따라 순차적으로 진행되며, 본인 차례에 걸려 오는 영상통화를 통해 참여하실 수 있습니다.
- 영상통화 중 부적절한 발언이나 행동이 확인될 경우, 진행 스태프의 판단에 따라 통화가 강제 종료될 수 있습니다.
- 본 이벤트는 당첨자 본인 1인만 참여 가능하며, 화면에 2인 이상이 등장할 경우 통화가 즉시 종료될 수 있습니다.
3. 네트워크 및 기기 설정 안내
- 참여자의 네트워크 환경 또는 기기 설정 문제로 통화 연결이 원활하지 않거나 중단될 경우, 재연결 및 재진행이 어려울 수 있습니다.
- 원활한 참여를 위해 이벤트 시작 전 인터넷 연결 상태, 카메라 및 마이크 설정을 반드시 확인해 주시기 바랍니다.
4. 기타 유의사항
- 원활한 이벤트 진행을 위해 모든 안내 사항을 사전에 숙지해 주시기 바랍니다.
- 공지된 사항 외에도 이벤트 진행에 방해가 되는 행동이 확인될 경우, 현장 스태프의 판단에 따라 제재 또는 통화 종료 조치가 이루어질 수 있습니다.

Important Guidelines for Video Call Participants
1. Autograph & Special Benefits
- Video call event participants may choose one autograph option: either a physical autograph on the T-shirt or a digital autograph.
- Only one autograph option may be selected. Physical and digital autographs cannot be provided together.
- Physical T-shirt autographs will not include a personalized “TO.” dedication. Personalized dedications are available for digital autographs only.
- Digital autograph dedications will be based on the name or nickname provided at checkout. Only Korean, English, and Hanja (Chinese characters) are accepted.
2. Video Call Guidelines
- The video call event will be conducted via KakaoTalk.
- Calls will take place in a predetermined order. Participants must answer the incoming video call when it is their turn.
- If any inappropriate language or behavior is observed during the call, staff may terminate the session immediately.
- Participation is strictly limited to the selected participant only (1 person). If two or more individuals appear on screen, the call may be terminated immediately.
3. Network & Device Requirements
- If a call cannot be connected or is interrupted due to the participant's network connection or device settings, reconnection or rescheduling may not be possible.
- Please ensure that your internet connection, camera, and microphone are functioning properly before the event begins.
4. Additional Information
- Please review all event guidelines carefully to ensure a smooth experience.
- In addition to the guidelines stated above, staff reserve the right to intervene or terminate a call if any behavior is deemed disruptive to the event.
- Please understand that certain members may be unable to participate due to unforeseen circumstances or scheduling conflicts. Announcements regarding member absences may be made shortly before the event.
