ARE EVENTs accessible for all ages?
all cafe and fansign events are open for all ages.
children under the age of 12 have to be accompanied by a guardian of legal age.
guardians may enter the event venue for free with their child, but are not
guaranteed seating and cannot receive event ticket inclusions.

MERCH table & pre-order merch
MERCH TABLES WILL BE AVAILABLE  outside all fansign and cafe events and accessible without entry ticket.

pre-order merch will be available for pick up at the merch table of any fansign or cafe event of the city you chose for pick up when ordering.
please have your order number and id ready when picking up your pre-ordered goods.
we will not be able to ship your goods if you fail to pick them up

what is included in the Check in official goods fankit set
the pre-order 90$ check in fankit includes tour merch and a guaranteed selfie ticket. please pick up your pre-ordered selfie ticket and goods at the merch stand at least 1 hour before the selfie session time slot.
selfie tickets do not include entry to a fansign or cafe event. Fansign and cafe event tickets sold separately.

when and where can i buy a selfie ticket?
Lines to purchase a selfie ticket will open an hour prior to the first event of the location. please do not line up earlier as not to disrupt local businesses.
(eg. on 04/07 the florida cafe event starts at 2PM. selfie session starts at 8PM. therefore lines to purchase a selfie ticket will open at 1pm.)
selfie tickets will be limited to 50-100 tickets per location, depending on on-site circumstances. we cannot guarantee you will be able to purchase a ticket on the spot.

pre-ordered 90$ check in fankits include a guaranteed selfie ticket. please pick up your ticket at the merch stand at least an hour before the selfie session starts.

please keep food and perishable items to a minimum
please do not bring fragile items that can break easily during travel
due to limited luggage space please note that we will not be accepting stuffed animals and similar plushies
